Our Guarantee
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with your PureGlow for any reason, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund.

How It Works
To request a refund, contact us at volcanicfilters@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your request. There's no need to send the product back to us. Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we will process it directly to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions
This guarantee applies to one refund request per customer, per order. We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Refund Timing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
